From a young age, my relationship with food was complicated. What started as a deep love for food eventually led to unhealthy eating habits and a constant struggle with my diet. Without the proper tools to achieve a healthy lifestyle, I turned to the internet for advice. However, the abundance of conflicting information only added to my confusion, leading me to try various fad diets that resulted in short-term discomfort and long-term frustration.
The turning point came when I was diagnosed with PCOS. This diagnosis made me realize that my struggles with weight management were more complex than I had thought. Feeling lost and desperate for a solution, I embarked on a journey to find effective tools and strategies to improve my health. This quest inspired me to become a dietitian.
